At Fathead, we work directly with entertainers, athletes, artists, and more incredible people that we're not only fans of, but inspired by every day.

We’re celebrating Black History Month by honoring icons that have inspired us with their stories. This week, we'll be showcasing athletes whose achievements we look up to.

Some of the athletes that inspire us.

LeBron James' phenomenal story began in Akron, Ohio.

From a young age, he’s led teams to championships, earned accolades, and was the NBA’s number one draft pick in 2003. He had many accomplishments then and now. As he’s created a name for himself on and off the court! We all know him for his amazing athletic abilities. We are here to highlight all endeavors. From his partnerships with Nike, Beats, 2k, Blaze Pizza, Walmart, etc. attempting to inspire youth.

James created the Lebron James Family Foundation focusing on education, serving more than 1,400 at-risk students and their families. He takes the term role model to another level. One of his inspirational quotes is “once you become a professional athlete or once you do anything well, then you’re automatically a role model. I have kids looking up to me and hopefully, I inspire these kids to do good things.” - LeBron James

We thank you!

Serena Williams is from Saginaw, Michigan with an extraordinary story.

The world may know her as a record-breaking tennis champion but behind that likeness. She is a daughter, mother, sister, partner, mentor, and so much more. Serena is motivated to win and knows how to get it done. In 2014 she launched “Serena Ventures” focused on giving opportunities to founders across multiple industries. She invests in early-stage companies that embrace diverse leadership, individual empowerment, creativity, and opportunity. Serena Williams is a woman that strives for the best!

As she states, “I don’t like to lose- at anything- yet I’ve grown most not from victories but setbacks.”

We support every bit of her mission.

Bubba Wallace was born in Mobile, Alabama.

During his journey of monumental wins his noble acts of kindness have been seen.

Now, heard. In 2017 he created the Live to be Different Foundation. His mission is to encourage the next generation to be better and more inclusive than the generation before it.

No matter age, skin color, or disabilities. Wallace believes in standing up for his communities and becoming the face of change in NASCAR.
