Great looking sign

I purchased this sign online 2weeks ago. When UPS delivered it to my house I could see the package was clearly damaged so I opened it immediately in front of the driver and he agreed with me so I sent it right back with UPS.. I then went online to find customer service team for help in getting a replacement sign... my rep was Kendra and she was excellent to deal with... I explained to her what had happened and she promptly arranged to send me a replacement sign... It arrived promptly in 5 business days and this time in excellent condition. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
