Should you change your mind about your Custom Order, please ensure to reject the provided proofs when requesting an order cancellation. However, please be advised that all cancellation requests will have a $4.99 non-refundable design & administration fee.
Given that Fathead is a print on demand company, we are not able to process cancellations or update addresses following a Fathead purchase.

Our first giant foam core Fathead arrived in a damaged box and it had a big crease in it. I immediately emailed customer service and sent photos of the damaged box, item, and receipt. The next day I got an email asking me to rate the customer support I had received, but no one had contacted me about sending a replacement. I emailed again, and the next day got a shipment notification and email telling me they were sending it. So a little backwards with the communication, but I got the replacement in time, and it's awesome. I will definitely buy again!
