Satisfied but not excited
I’ve purchased multiple whiteboards from Fathead over the past seven years, and it seems that the recent ones I’ve received are not the same quality as before. When I erase the marker from the newer boards, they leave behind a faint, smeared color. At first, I thought it might be user error — perhaps I was scratching the surface during installation (even though I used the included yellow wall applicator) or using the wrong cleaner or eraser. However, after experiencing the same issue with several new boards, I believe the material or finish has changed. None of my older boards, which I still use, have this problem.
