Wall Decal Install Instructions

Installing Your Fathead Wall Graphic

1. UNROLL your Fathead, and let relax flat on the floor for an hour.

2. PREP your wall while your Fathead relaxes. Choose a wall according to the dimensions of your decal, and wipe down the wall surface with water to remove dust and dirt.

3. PEEL with the help of a friend from the top down. Slowly peel away from backing without letting the Fathead stick to itself.

4. STICK one corner of your Fathead to the wall with minimal pressure and apply outwards from there. If you make a mistake, you can unpeel and try again.

5. SMOOTH out air bubbles and wrinkles. Start from the middle, and push out toward edges.ENJOY your awesome Fathead decal!

Great product

This is a great product. It went on easy and cleans very well. You should consider two things

1: make one thatโ€™s half the size

2: offer a border to help protect the wall from the eraser dust. I use some cheap foam molding from one of the box stores. I think offering something precut may be a good accessory for FatHead

Super Clean, Incredible Value, Tricky Install

We purchased this a few weeks ago for our new office and it is fantastic! Traditional white boards are expensive, heavy, cumbersome, tedious (but not difficult) to install and don't last nearly as long as they should for how much they cost. The Dry Erase Graph White Board is exactly the alternative I wanted! Great size, fast shipping and EXCELLENT value. This is the only whiteboard we'll be using from here on out. The only trick is the install. You really need to follow the directions exactly and have two people do it. The other thing we learned is that you need to do the install from left to right, using a vertical axis edge as the anchor, then wiping the Wall Decal as you press it on to the wall to create a perfect, clean install. The only downside to an install this clean is that it will show the surface imperfections of your paint finish, but that is really minor and you won't even notice after you put it up and start using it. Other pro tip: get the cleaning spray. You'll need it as the traditional DryErasers with the black backing leave some streaking. Using the spray and a regular terry cloth will handle that with ease though.
