Love it but blurry
I ordered the picture for my daughter....but it is blurry. When I send you future pictures to blow up, how can I keep them from becoming blurry?

Store response
Thank you for your feedback, Diane! We're so glad to hear that you love the Custom Big Head cutout for your daughter! However, we're sorry to hear that the image quality wasn't quite what you were expecting due to blurriness. To help prevent blurriness in future orders, we have Minimum Guidelines for photo uploads on our website that need to be reached in order for your image to have good resolution. We recommend using high-resolution photos that are clear and sharp before uploading, as we use the exact image provided without making any changes to its quality. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your honest experience with us, and your feedback helps us understand what would make the experience even better for our customers. We're so happy that you still love the cutout overall!
Requested an exchange and customer support was so helpful!
I placed an order for 4 different cardstock cutouts and they arrived damaged in the mail. I contacted customer support and they were so helpful in resolving my issues! Fathead offers great customer service and I plan to order with them again!
