Michigan Blunder Banner
When I received my Michigan banner from Fathead, I was thrilled and eager to hang it up. Unfortunately, while unpacking it, I encountered some sharp corners, and one of them split, tearing the banner. Although it was my fault, I tried to make the best of the situation. Shortly after, I received a request from Fathead to review the product. I expressed my satisfaction with the product despite the tear, which was due to my own mishandling. To my surprise, Fathead's customer service reached out to me, offering to make things right with a gift card or a complete replacement, even though I had admitted the damage was my fault. Their understanding and willingness to assist were remarkable, demonstrating exceptional customer service that is rare to find these days.
