Love the design, but delivery fell short

Just purchased for our office. The layout and some of the text work well for us. The perfect size as well. The only poor aspects were that no squeegee or Installation directions were included. I only realized the missing squeegee, which would have made installation much smoother, when I went install and had to go online for instructions. Installation is not difficult, but the directions provide tips to eliminate bubbles and make installation easier in general.
