Excellent Communication

I typically don’t leave a review but just thought this might help someone else make a decision on purchasing from FatHead. I ordered a custom fathead to go in my man cave and it came in quickly and was just the way I wanted it to look. About 3 days after hanging it on the wall it fell down, I put it back up and it fell again…. After the 3rd time the fathead was damaged beyond repair. I reached out to customer service about this issue and I honestly did not expect a response, especially one from a real human being. Surprisingly enough the very next morning I had an email from them and they gave me the option for a replacement fathead or a gift card worth $130. I just knew that I would have to wait a month for a response from AI and then go through 2 more months of questions and investigations, but Fathead made things right with me and they did it within just a couple of days! I will be using them again simply because I appreciate the way they do business. 5 stars for Fathead!
